Gail at Festival of Words

Gail will be doing readings and appearing on a writers' panel at the 2009 edition of the Festival of Words in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.  This year's Festival takes place from July 16 to 19.  Check out the Festival of Words website for further details.

Gail receives the Derrick Murdock Award

On June 4, 2009, Gail will receive the Crime Writers of Canada Derrick Murdock Award in recognition of her contributions to Canadian crime writing.

Writer-in-Residence at Toronto Public Library

Gail will be the writer-in-residence at the Toronto Public Library in May-June 2009.  Meet Gail on Saturday, May 2 from 1-3 p.m. as she reads from The Brutal Heart and introduces the residency.  Details here.
